OmniPod Cost

If anyone uses the OmniPod system, would you kindly tell me your cost.  I currently pay $15 per pod directly from Insulet .  I now have a new third party provider in Wixom MI (J&B Medcial Supply) and in one month they went up to $22.50.  I am just curious what other folks pay.
