After a long period of moving up and down, I have finally passed the plateau.  In the last two weeks I have lost 6.8 pounds for a total of 61.2.  I'm very happy to have finally moved.  I only got to the Y one day this week because of Jewish holiday and eye doctor appointment.  I can't go two days in a row because my knees can't handle it.

According to the Y one mile equals 36 laps (72 pool lengths) and one water fitness class is equivalent to swimming one mile.  I'm so happy to be back going again.

Dorry for rambling.  Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Dear Jen,

You are fast becoming my role model.  I can only imagine how hard it has been for you with the mobility issues in your knees.  Please keep us posted,
