Today I went to the Y to swim and do water fitness class.I swam 10 laps (500 yards) which it turns out is a quarter of a mile.  I was surprised, I was trying to do an eighth.  I thin did my water fitness class, which they tell me is equivalent to swimming a mile.  I' exhausted. I have now lost 61.4 pounds.  Thanks to everyone for the support they give me.

I doubt I could swim 500 yds Indifferent

Jen, you are doing so well.  I am so proud of your accomplishments, you are so determined to have a healthy lifestyle.  Thanks for the inspiration.  Dee

Good on you, girl!  Over 60 pounds weight loss.  What an accomplishment and what an inspiration you are!  If ever I think of skipping my after dinner exercise (the hardest for me to do) I will think of you swimming away at the Y and get my rear in gear!
