Back on track with South Beach after a few weeks of disaster in January..birthday and other celebrations....

I always use Chinese New Year as my date to start anew...when I get off track...and..I did!

so..back at it.,

Ankle surgery is healing well..PT continues..I am doing most normal activites but....the foot and two toes, muscles are stiff and need a lot more work..Surgeon said 9 months.PT guy says 9-12..so far..it is four months!

Little or no pain..no swelling..ready to start my new year..as of yesterday!

You're almost halfway there!

Is there another new year in February? I also need a new "get back on track" day.

February New Year?  Sure, think Valentine's Day and all that red.  Tomatoes, apples, radishes, red peppers, plums, berries, red cabbage, red onions.   Let the other poor suckers think it's about candy.  WE know better!
