Why are people born with diabetes, and that are overweight, and sugar goes up and down ?

I am not sure what you are really asking here.  No one is born with type 2 diabetes, although there is some indication that certain genes may be linked to type 2 diabetes.  Blood sugar levels go up and down based on the foods you eat and how your body processes those foods.    Insulin is required by the body to breakdown blood sugar into energy the body can use.  Type 2 diabetics are usually insulin resistant and type 1 diabetics no longer produce their own insulin.
