pump vacation

I've been using a Minimed pump and CGM for just over a year.  Love them both and my A1c has drastically improved!  So glad I made the change Big Smile

In a few weeks, though, I'm heading to the Caribbean and wondering whether to continue to wear my pump and sensor or take a mini pump vacation.  Has anyone taken a vacation from wearing the pump?  If so, how did it work?  Would you do it again or just stay on the pump?
