Kidney disease in diabetics is medically called as Diabetic Nephropathy, or Diabetic Kidney Disease. Incidence of kidney disease increases with the prolonging course of diabetes. Prognosis worsens and treatment difficulty increases with the progression of diabetic kidney disease. Thereby, early diagnosis and treatment become very significant. We’ll explain it in the following passage.

1.high filtration and high perfusion stage

2. intermittent abnormal urine albumin excretion (UAE)

3.microalbuminuria stage

4.clinical stage

5. end-stage kidney failure
