Hi All:

At my weigh in tonight I lsot 2.4 ponds making a toal of 40.8.  I was very happy because I really didn't think I had lost this week.  It is still hard for me to believe that I eat everything I want and still continue to lose weight.  My current goal is to lose 50 pounds by the end of June when I have my next Dr. Appt.  Since january I've dropped my levemir by 18 units

Hope all are having a good evening.

You know it's funny (not haha, peculiar) I have lsot weight many times in my life, even done Weight Watchers before, but I have never been this motivated.  I think it is becasue this plan doesn't put limits on what you can eat, and I'm not working which really makes it easier. You guys here have helped with your enthusiasm and I really appreciate it.  Thanks.

Dear Jen,

Yes, I think not working and the absence of that horrible commute have done wonders for you.  I am so happy for you.  Please keep us posted.

Jen, you are doing so well!  How exciting for you to reach such an important milestone, and all your hard work is paying off.  I am a fan of WW also, I and I enjoy hearing about your journey to better health.  Doing the happy dance...if I knew how to do that.  Dee

Hi Anne:

Yes it is Weight Watchers.  I chose it because of the support from meetings and on-line, also the e-tools are are great for writing down what I eat, if I have to actually take paper and pen and write it down it doesn't happen.  That is a very important part of it also.  Also the support from my friends here is alo helping and I hope that this time I will make it. My current goal is to reach 50 pounds before I go tothe doctor at the end of June. I did splurge a little this week so we will see what happens at weigh in on Monday.

Have a great day everyone.
