HELLOOOOOO out there.  Is anyone there?  I can't believe there have been no posts since Friday.  This used to be such a vibrant board.

I have now lost a grand total of 44.8 pounds.  Expect to make 50 soon.  I was thinking about this the other day and realized that the amound of weight I have lost is about the size of a 4-5 year old child.  Whew.  Well I hope someone sees this message.  I feel sorry that it has come to this, since we always had such great discussions, even if we did'n't all agree.  This board is not so difficult as someothers I am on.

Have a great day all.

Jen, congratulations on your weight loss. I know it is a difficult road, but the rewards are huge.

Way to go Jen!  Great job on the weight loss.  Did you get your social security question answered?

As my W.W. leader would say, "That's over 179 sticks of butter."

     How's that for a visual?

Hi everyone and thanks for the encouraging words, you all are a big help.

Forty-five pounds is the amount of weight of a four to five year old child. When my leader hands out 25 pound charm she calls it the "turkey charm."  That's because it is the size of a large turkey, which is difficult to carry.

I still have a long way to go, but I have lots of friends encouraging me a couple of friends to go to  meetings with.  Now that I am not working i can make a breakfast that stays with me most of the morning.  Now I get to eat the breakfast I only used to have on Sundays.  When I was working i was eating on the road and it was not good at all.  On Saturdays when I leave early to go to Bible Study class, I go to Dunkin Donuts for their flat bread veggie egg white sandwich and coffee (only six points).  It's great and I really look forward to Saturday morning.

Hope everyone has a great day. Weather here in Taxachusetts is lousy and supposed to stay that way the rest of the week.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO BOTH UNITED STATES AND CANADA.
