Looking for a good primary recommendation

Hi folks.

I'm looking for recommendations for a good primary physicial in the South Shore area of Mass., who is particularly good with diabetic needs.  I have to change primaries as mine has become nearly impossible to see and I really need to get a better handle on my Type 2.

Any help would be welcome.
