I try to for well over 30 by focusing on oat bran, whole grains, lots of fresh/frozen veggies, & fresh fruits like blueberries, blackberries, apples, pears, etc.

I rarely have any processed foods and when I do eat bread I keep the portions low and go with the whole grains [which taste better anyway].
