Back after a month!!!!

I just spent an hour checking all the posts I have not read in over a month!@ Sorry!  I just have had a lot of company and spending a  lot of time down on the dock!

I did go to my regular doctor in July and he told me that I need not take anything for my osteopenia!  He said that it would do little to help  ( the Viactin, etc). He said that if I have another DEXA scan and it shows remarkable moves towards bone density loss, then he might prescribe one of those once a week pills which do work.

He told me that my readings right now could be a normal for me.  They were not much over the norm for someone my age.  My ha1c was 6.2 and my cholesterol readings were a 3 ratio.  So I guess all is well in my little world right now.
