    I too suffer from Dawn Phenomenon, as I will go to bed with a 150, and wake up with a 259!! Very frustrating. In reading some of the posts I see that because I exercise (walk at home with Leslie Sansone) for 3 miles every morning after breakfast my muscles may be crying out for more nutrition overnight...

  • Exercise

    I went down to use my treadmill a couple weeks ago and oops, it was busted. Since I had oone of those maintenance agreements with Sears I gave them a call. Double oops, it couldn't be fixed. Soooo, they said that they would give me a new one worth up to $500.00. Surprise, they were having a sale...

    Ok, at least you ggot me thinking. (that's a first ) I had a bowl of Ralston cereal a glass of oj, and a piece of muffin bread toast for breakfast. Only the Ralston contributed fiber, and that was 5 mg. jorgie
