    Hi, Has anyone else experienced this? If I run 2-4 miles, my blood sugar increases requiring1-2 units over the next 2 hours. If I work really hard in my yard (ex. splitting wood for 2-3 hrs), my sugar goes sky high into the 400's. I don't understand what is happening nor do I really understand...

    Health Press published a workbook that helps understand the day to day process of reorganizing your life once diagnosed. Check it out, it's called Help With The Hard Stuff. There is stuff for parents too. It's actually cheaper than any other book I've looked into.
