    Sweet and creamy tapioca pudding mix. Tastes just like what Grandma used to make! Directions:Stir 1/2 cup mix into 2 cups milk in a small saucepan. Stirring constantly, cook until mixture comes to full boil. (Pudding thickens as it cools). Remove from heat. Cool 15 min., stirring twice. Stir before serving. MICROWAVE DIR: Stir 1/2 cup mix into 2 cups

    Well I was told that the Diabetic persons must not take Coconut water as it contains rich Potassium. The diabetic drugs acts through liver and passes on to kidneys. The coconut water thus gives adverse effect on the kidneys for diabetic persons. So becareful.

    I think Foods with refined grains, such as white flour or refined wheat, have high amounts of starch that the body just stores away and doesn't use. Try to eat more whole grains such as whole wheat , brown rice and oats, which provide energy over a longer period of time after you eat them.
